PAYMENT NOTICE CONTROL

Know what is due.
Know what needs issuing.

Payment Notices and Pay Less Notices are too important to leave buried in inboxes and spreadsheets. PayLedger is being developed to bring the assessment, the notified sum, supporting calculations and key notice dates together in one traceable process.

Notice generation, delivery and deadline automation are planned capabilities, not yet available in the current platform. Contractual and statutory notice obligations remain with the parties.

PAYMENT NOTICEClear assessment. Clear notified sum.

Make the amount due and the basis of calculation easy to review and record.

PAY LESS NOTICEControlled deductions. Recorded reasons.

Support the proposed reduced payment with the relevant valuation and reasons, within the applicable notice period.

NOTICE DEADLINESKeep the timetable in view.

Work towards a connected calendar of contractual dates and notice responsibilities.

HELPFUL ANSWERS

Common questions.

Clear answers before you commit.

What do I need to get started?

Start with your company details, subcontract information and payment terms. Tracker can be used to record applications received by email. Contractor plans include an invited subcontractor workspace. Contact our team if you would like help choosing a plan.

Where is my data stored?

PayLedger uses hosted cloud infrastructure for application and database services. Access is controlled through authenticated accounts and company-level permissions. Contact support for current hosting-region, retention and data-processing details before making a procurement decision.

What does PayLedger do with my documents?

Documents are used to support the subcontract and payment workflows you choose to use. We do not describe document processing as legal verification. Any automated or AI-assisted features will be identified separately with their availability and limitations.

Is PayLedger legal advice?

No. PayLedger is a commercial administration tool, not a solicitor or adjudicator. Your team remains responsible for checking the signed subcontract, statutory obligations, notice content, service method and payment deadlines.

What does it cost, and what happens when a trial ends?

Our indicative monthly plans start at £19.99 plus VAT for Tracker. Starter, Professional and Business are priced by contractor company; Enterprise is quoted individually. Trial duration and post-trial billing arrangements will be confirmed before activation.

Are subcontractors charged to submit applications?

Invited subcontractors can use the portal without a separate subscription under eligible contractor plans. The Tracker plan is for contractor-side manual recording and does not include a subcontractor portal.
